How do I return an item?
Refund / Return Policy- Original Sales: Receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange 10 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sale discretion after 10 calendar days we will offer an exchange! Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition - without showing signs of wear or damage in anyway within 10 days of delivery date. After 10 days no returns are allowed. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped please contact us immediately. Items that are defective will qualify for a refund. Items will not be processed for an exchange after 10 days. Please note shipping costs are not refunded. Shipping costs are also to be paid by customer for any returns or exchange.
